Delete your aipt account
aipt is an AI-assisted workout app made by an independent developer in the United States. You can delete your account and all its data with or without the app.
In the app: ☰ → Profile → Delete account (at the bottom), then confirm. It's immediate.
Without the app: email livemorescrollless@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account." We delete your account within 7 days and reply when it's done, and in every case within 45 days. If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm from your account's address first.
What's deleted
Your account and sign-in, your profile and health answers, your saved places, your workouts and plans, your conversations, your feedback, and usage records. Deleting in the app also clears the copy on that phone.
What's kept, and for how long
- Backups of our database are overwritten within 7 days; your data disappears from them then.
- Our AI provider, Anthropic, deletes recent conversations within 30 days (up to 2 years if its safety systems flagged one).
- If you ask by email, we keep that email exchange for 24 months as a record that we completed your request.
If you signed in with Google, you can also remove aipt's access in your Google Account → Security → Third-party connections. That stops future sign-ins but does not delete your data; use this page for that.
